Check-in and Check-out Times
Check-in is available from 3:00 PM, while on the day of departure the apartment must be vacated by 10:00 AM.
To help with the organisation of your welcome, we recommend letting us know your arrival time in advance.
Number of Guests
The apartment can accommodate only the number of guests specified at the time of booking. It is not permitted to exceed the maximum occupancy without prior authorisation from the host.
Use of the Property
Guests are asked to use the home with care and respect, keeping the furniture, equipment, and spaces provided in good condition throughout their stay.
No Smoking
Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment. Any outdoor areas may be used with consideration for the property and other guests of the residence.
Parties and Events
To preserve the tranquillity of the surrounding environment, parties and events are not permitted inside the accommodation.
Guest Registration
Upon arrival, a valid identity document may be requested for guest registration, as required by Italian regulations for accommodation facilities.
Pets
Pets are welcome subject to prior agreement with the host and with respect for the home’s spaces and other guests.
